I could not be happier with the work Taurus Auto Detailing did on my new Kia Telluride. After an improper wash left swirl marks throughout the paint and scratches in the gloss-black trim, I brought it to Taurus for a Stage 1 paint correction. They also had another shop repair a door ding while it was there. The results exceeded my expectations. The swirl marks and scratches are completely gone, the black trim looks new again, and you cannot even tell the door ding was ever there. The paint looks absolutely incredible—honestly, better than when I purchased it. Sean and his team are very knowledgeable, professional, and took excellent care of my vehicle. I was nervous about having paint correction performed on a brand-new car, but Sean completely put my mind at ease and delivered amazing results. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Experience with Taurus Auto Detailing! I recently had my Lexus GX 550 taken to Taurus Auto Detailing for PPF, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Sean, the owner, was incredible to work with. His communication was second to none. He always seemed to be available, answered my questions, and took the time to explain the process and exactly what they would be doing to my GX 550. That gave me a tremendous amount of confidence leaving a vehicle like this in their hands. One thing that really stood out to me was that the people doing the work are full-time Taurus employees, not contractors. This business model is rare in this type of business. Knowing this made a difference to me because it showed that Taurus has its own team and takes responsibility for the quality of their work. Sean also went well beyond what I expected. Before installing the PPF, he took the extra time to touch up several rock blemishes that were already on my vehicle. He also added protection to my drill-free front license plate bracket. Sean noticed some excess PPF around the door-cup area that had previously been installed by another company. He took the time to trim and clean that up too — all this and never asked me for an additional charge. That says a lot about the kind of business Sean is running. He wasn’t just focused on doing the job I paid for; he was focused on making the entire vehicle look right. I also loved getting texts and photos throughout the process. Being able to see the progress and get updates along the way was fantastic. I never felt out of the loop. I’m pretty particular about my GX 550, so finding someone I trust to work on it is important to me. Taurus Auto Detailing absolutely exceeded my expectations. The communication, attention to detail, workmanship, and willingness to go the extra mile were all exceptional.
